1. About the register
This website displays waterfront and coastal property information supplied and approved for publication by listing agencies. It is an advertising register. Litus Limited does not act as the seller or the listing agency for every property shown.
2. Property information
Property details, prices, availability, images, and open home information can change. Contact the named listing salesperson to confirm the current information and to arrange any inspection or transaction. Do not rely on this website alone when making a purchase decision.
3. Enquiries
Property pages provide the listing salesperson’s approved contact details. An email or telephone enquiry you send using those details goes through your own email or telephone service directly to that person. This website does not submit an enquiry form.
4. Content and permitted use
The website design, text, and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Property images and descriptions are published with the listing agent’s approval. You may view and share links to public pages for personal use. Please ask the rights holder before reusing property media or text elsewhere.
5. External links
Links to an agency, sponsor, or other external website take you to services that have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, or remove information on this website. We aim to keep the register available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access.
7. Contact
For questions about this website, email [email protected]. For a property enquiry, contact the listing salesperson shown on that property page.
